Trade War Insights: A Bloomberg Deep Dive at NYUSH

Bloomberg senior editor Lee Miller held an audience of about 30 NYUSH students, academics, and staff in the palm of his hand as he dug into some of the figures behind the U.S. trade war in a one-hour lecture on campus. Introduced by the university’s chief financial officer Helen Hu, Miller, also a professor at Tsinghua University, presided over the lively Spring semester session as he tracked various trade trends and indicators using the Bloomberg financial reporting system projected onto the big screen. He took part in a short Q&A session at the end of his presentation. Journalism professor David Maguire and Library Director Xiaojing Zu also welcomed Professor Miller to the campus. Bloomberg terminals are an important tool in the library’s extensive research armory.
