Street Fashion II: The Hallway is Our Runway
The hallways are our streets, and just as much our runways. But being a relatively small runway, outfits are bound to overlap. So I ask you, who wore it better? Floral Off Floral can be tricky to pull off, but if used correctly, becomes a beautiful centerpiece of an outfit. A floral coat or jacket is a great item to have in your wardrobe, as it can transform a simple look into a head turner. A simple black outfit underneath allows the floral coat to stand out, and a statement pair of shades can be just enough to put your outfit over the top. Black and white usually can’t go wrong, and Ilham Farah and Giulia Wegfahrt both wear it beautifully to attend the NYU Shanghai TEDxLIVE event. Prepared for her inspirational talk, Farah wears a simple yet elegant RED by Valentino dress. Wegfahrt pairs a simple white button down with black trousers and black and white flats, accented by a dark teal Prada purse. [caption id="attachment_3816" align="aligncenter" width="395"]

I’m not sure when completing your look with sneakers became a thing, but these outfits convince me it can work. [caption id="attachment_3815" align="aligncenter" width="458"]
